AasanKhata is a digital SaaS product. Here's how access is delivered.

This page exists because Razorpay merchant policy requires every merchant to publish a shipping/delivery policy. AasanKhata is a digital service, not a physical product — there is nothing to ship. This page explains how digital delivery works for our subscriptions and tools.
1. Nature of the service
AasanKhata is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) invoicing platform delivered entirely over the Internet. We do not ship physical goods. There are no couriers, no tracking numbers, no shipping fees, and no delivery addresses required for the service itself.
2. How "delivery" works for digital services
- Free tools (no payment): instantly accessible at aasankhata.in/tools without sign-up.
- Free-tier accounts: activated immediately on email verification. You can start creating invoices the moment you log in.
- Paid subscriptions:activated within 5 minutes of successful Razorpay payment. In almost all cases activation is instant — you'll be redirected straight to the dashboard with paid features unlocked.
3. Confirmation of delivery
You receive three independent confirmations:
- On-screen: a success page after payment listing the plan, amount, and Razorpay payment ID.
- Email:a payment receipt and a separate "Welcome to [Plan]" email sent to your registered address within 5 minutes.
- In-product: the upgraded plan badge appears next to your name in the dashboard sidebar.
4. If your subscription doesn't activate
If 15 minutes have passed since payment and your account still shows the previous plan:
- Check your email (including spam) for a Razorpay payment confirmation. If there is no email, the payment likely did not complete and was not charged — try again.
- If you see the Razorpay receipt but the plan hasn't upgraded, email support@aasankhata.in with the Razorpay payment ID. We will verify and activate manually within 1 business day.
5. Service availability
Once delivered, the Service is available 24×7 with a target uptime of 99.9% per calendar month. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced via email and in-app banner at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
6. No physical shipping = no shipping charges
We do not charge any shipping, delivery, courier, or handling fee. The only amounts you pay are the published subscription fees (and applicable GST) listed on the Pricing page.
7. Geographic availability
AasanKhata is designed for businesses operating in India and accepts payment in INR via Razorpay. The Service is accessible globally over HTTPS, but tax calculations, reports, and compliance features are India-specific.
8. Failure to deliver / refunds
If we fail to deliver the Service after payment (extended outage, technical failure to activate), you are entitled to a full refund per our Refund Policy. Email refunds@aasankhata.in with your Razorpay payment ID.
